The Department of Public Works in its commitment to skills development has launched the second phase of the Cuban Technical Advisors (CTA) programme. The programme aims to assist the department with technical expertise in project execution, project management and quality control, while transferring skills which will impact on service delivery. Public Works Minister TW Nxesi will launch the programme by welcoming 37 CTAs on the 08th December 2016. The 37 will be deployed at the National Department of Public Works and the Mpumalanga and Limpopo Departments of Public Works.
