The Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces (NCOP), Ms Thandi Modise, will attend the Zimbabwe Achiever Awards South Africa Gala Dinner on Saturday, 10 December 2016, in Sandton, Johannesburg. Hon. Modise will deliver the keynote address and also receive the Chairman’s Award for Gender Equality, Women’s Rights and Friend of Zimbabwe Award.
