International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane will on Friday, 20 January 2016, embark on a Back-to-School campaign in the Winterveldt. Government has identified education and skills development among its apex priorities, and the support of schools and learners, particularly those in rural and underprivileged communities, is of utmost importance.
