The MEC for Arts and Culture, Sports and Recreation Bongi Sithole–Moloi says: “Government remains committed to using culture and creative arts industry as to fight poverty, create employment, grow the economy of this province and most importantly strengthen our resolve towards a social cohesion.” The MEC has accordingly convened a consultative meeting with stakeholders in the culture and creative arts industry scheduled to take place this Thursday, 26th January 2017.
