Minister in the Presidency for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Chairperson of the National Planning Commission, Jeff Radebe will conduct unannounced Front Line Service Delivery Monitoring ( FSDM) visit to Ntwasahlobo Primary School in Khayelitsha, Cape Town as part of the, National Development Plan ( NDP) Back to School campaign. The NDP identifies improving education, training and innovation as some of the key elements in creating a better and more prosperous South Africa by 2030. The attainment of the NDP goals by 2030 requires a special focus on quality early childhood development, basic education and higher education and training.
