The Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, General Bheki Cele together with the MEC for Agriculture, Rural Development, Land & Environmental Affairs Mr Andrias Gamede, will engage in an Imbizo with drought-stricken farming communities, including household producers in the Nkomazi Local Municipality, under Ehlanzeni South District Municipality. This is part of government interventions in assisting affected farmers by prioritising the 20% of CASP/ILLIMA funding to assist on the relief of small scale farmers with animal feed and water supply for livestock consumption.
