Comrade Kay Moonsamy, a stalwart of our struggle for liberation and social emancipation, a progressive trade union leader, above all a die-hard Communist, passed away at 91 on 21 June 2017 in eThekwini. The South African Communist Party is saddened by the death late last night of the stalwart of our struggle for liberation and social emancipation, Comrade Kay Moonsamy.
