On Monday, 26 February 2018, the Speaker of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL), Honourable Ntombi Mekgwe will preside over the Official Opening of the Legislature, where in terms of Rule 14 of the Standing Orders, the Honourable Premier David Makhura will deliver the State of the Province Address (SOPA). The Premier’s address will highlight the Gauteng Government’s programme of action and service delivery priorities for the year 2018 and beyond.
