Well-wishers and members of the public will have a chance to see and bid farewell to their South African Rio Olympic-bound stars, when the team parades the streets of Ekurhuleni on Saturday, 23 July. Part of the 139 Team SA made up of runners, swimmers, football and rugby stars among others will be in the parade taking place in Reiger Park, a suburb that as recent as 2015 was in the news for several horrific crime incidents including hijackings, kidnapping and gang related attacks.
