Limpopo Provincial Government through the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture is planning a befitting welcome ceremony in honouring and celebrating Caster Mokgadi Semenya. Semenya has won a gold medal during the women’s 800m race at the RIO Olympics. She has secured the tenth and the second gold medal for Team South Africa in a time of 1 minute 55.28 seconds.
