On Saturday 3 September, which also marks the 32nd anniversary of the start of the 1984 Vaal Uprising, backyard dwellers and community members of Freedom Park, Soweto, will be marching against police harassment and for access to land and will deliver a Memorandum of Demands to the Honourable Premier of Gauteng, David Makhura.
