AfriForum Youth's application for an urgent interdict against the University of Stellenbosch to force the University to implement its language policy and plan, as well as the language specifications in the 2016 Calendar, will be heard in the Cape Town High Court tomorrow, 11 March 2016. This comes only a month after AfriForum Youth wanted to bring a similar application before the court, when the US conceded on the steps of the court, and undertook in writing that measures would be taken to ensure that all faculties implement the university's language policy.
