The Department of Science and Technology will host public hearings on regulations to protect the Karoo Central Astronomy Advantage Areas in Pretoria on 13 October and in Carnarvon on 20 October 2016. The regulations aim to protectthe declared Karoo Central Astronomy Advantage Areas in the Northern Cape.
